Rodez. Dedication. Sébastien Bras gives a taste of Aubrac

The season ended last Sunday at Maison Bras in Le Suquet in Laguiole and the establishment, as usual, was sold out. Sébastien Bras took advantage of this lull to sign his book “Bras, the taste of Aubrac”, yesterday, at the Maison du Livre. From one house to another, the Laguiole chef relies on the family’s emblematic dishes to tell anecdotes. Memories of travels and encounters nourish this beautiful work which was an excellent pretext for other exchanges with the public who had come in large numbers to make a nice purchase in view of Christmas.
