Whereas, Rockstar Games announced GTA+, a paid subscription service that will be launched for PS5 and Xbox Series X versions | S from GTA Online.
The new GTA+ online game service will launch next Tuesday (March 29) and will cost users $5.99 (£5.30), however the specific regional pricing for users outside of America has not been confirmed yet.
Features of GTA + service
“Being a GTA+ member gives you a recurring monthly GTA direct deposit of $500,000 to your Maze Bank account, plus the opportunity to claim properties in and around Los Santos that unlocks game updates you may have missed, special vehicle upgrades, and member discounts. Only and bonus GTA$, RP, and more every month.”
Fantastic new rewards
Rockstar continues to say that GTA+ will provide a “new set of exclusive rewards” every month, which can be claimed from in-game websites including Maze Bank Foreclosures, Legendary Motorsport, and more.
GTA + first month benefits include $500,000 plus free yacht upgrade, La Mesa car shop, free clothing and car customization options, and a few other bonuses detailed in the blog.
“Pay the money and you basically get nothing. A day of grinding will get you more than you would get this membership in a year,” reads the top comment.
It remains to be seen if Rockstar will take any criticism regarding GTA+ pricing or content into consideration going forward.
