For the SEMA 2017 in Las Vegas, Hyundai Motor America, together with the American energy drink manufacturer Rockstar, developed a wild concept vehicle from the well-behaved Hyundai Santa Fe SUV that takes the SUV’s off-road capabilities to the extreme: the Rockstar Energy Moab Extreme Off-Road. Roader. The off-road vehicle was tested in the US state of Utah.
The Rockstar Energy Moab Extreme Off-Roader Santa Fe concept vehicle has been adapted to the particularly demanding terrain with a few technical changes. These include a coilover suspension from King for more ground clearance, a Magna Flow exhaust system, R1 concept brakes with six piston fixed calipers at the front and four at the rear, nitrous oxide injection from Nitrous Express to increase performance and 17-inch wheels from Machete Baja MTZ off-road tires in size 35×12.50 R17 from Mickey Thompson.
