Rockingham County Indictments: Recent Cases and Charges Unveiled

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Erik Barcza, 51, of Bunkhouse Place in Eagle, Colorado, on a felony possession of cocaine charge on Sept. 4, 2023, in Portsmouth.

Kafa Tarbah Belgendouz, 50, of Cooledge Street in Revere, Massachusetts, on two felony accomplice theft by unauthorized taking charges. Belgendouz drove the getaway car after Phillip Masciulli after he stole merchandise from Ulta Beauty and Marshalls on June 20, 2023, in Salem, according to the indictment.

Scott Andrew Belville, 54, of Court Street in Laconia on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a Lincoln town car owned by another person in Londonderry on Nov. 21, 2023.

Lucien Andre Boutin, 20, of Maple Road in North Hampton on possession of cocaine with intent to dispense and three sale of cocaine charges on Dec. 5, Dec. 7, Dec. 12, and Dec. 21, 2023, in North Hampton.

Gary Edward Bowlen, 55, of Kendell Lane in Salisbury, MA, on sale of methamphetamine and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and trying to eat pills to impair an investigation in Seabrook on Sept. 15, 2023.

Aly D. Bradley, 26, of Deerhill Road in Brentwood on second-degree assault-deadly weapon, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, and conduct after an accident charges, all felonies. She was accused of driving in Stratham on Nov. 17, 2023, and knocking another person to the ground with her vehicle, driving over the person, and then leaving the scene of a crash.

Todd A. Burnim, 56, formerly of Kensington, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on 26 felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images charges. He was accused of possessing photos on Jan. 18, 2022, in Kingston.

Gabriel Garcia, 23, of Providence Street in Lawrence, MA, on a felony burglary charge as well as theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, criminal trespass, and two criminal mischief charges. He acted in concert with Isaac Rivera to burglarize the Mall at Rockingham Park in Salem on May 21, 2023, smashing security glass at the Vapes Vibes Kiosk, and smashing a glass door at Dick’s Sporting Goods, according to the indictment.

David F. Ghuste, 72, of Telfer Circle in Salem on two felony sale of acetaminophen and oxycodone to a confidential source of Salem police on June 14 and July 10, 2023.

Megan Lynn Giera, 39, of Shadow Lake Road in Salem on a felony attempted theft by deception charges. She was accused of returning unpurchased merchandise to Walmart on July 3, 2023, in Salem. Giera has been convicted of theft twice before.

Howard Goodman, 68, of Bainbridge Drive in Concord on a felony negligent homicide charge. He was accused of driving in Northwood, crossing over a double yellow line, into oncoming traffic, and crashing into a motorcycle, killing Phillip Allen of Northwood on July 8, 2023.

Alonzo Lloyd Greene, 29, of Kimball Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of punching another person in the face on Oct. 16, 2023, in Derry and causing a fracture.

Jesus Guifarro, 42, of Christian Street in Danville on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on March 30, 2022, in Sandown.
