Villacorzo, Chiapas. – The Constitutional Municipal President, Robertony Orozco Aguilar, welcomed the 303 university students for the start of the academic activities of the Benito Juárez University of Well-being (UBBJ), headquarters of Medicine in the Mexican Revolution.
“I publicly thank the president of all Mexicans, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, and Governor Rutilio Escandón Cadenas, for making this long-awaited reality a reality for all the young people who are starting this school year today.
With the presence of the head of the Well-being Universities in Chiapas, Pedro Luna Hernández, as well as the director of Municipal Planning, Jorge Antonio Ramos, as well as the ejidal commissioner, Gabriel Pérez Ventura, the councilor Margay Coutiño and the professor Joaquín Saldaña Castillejos, the The mayor said that this university augurs many successes for all university students.
“As the Municipal Government, we have a firm commitment to assist in everything this unit needs and especially in the construction of the university facilities that will begin next February,” said the municipal president.

It should be noted that there were 515 young people who enrolled in this Benito Juárez Well-being University (UBBJ), headquarters of the Mexican Revolution Medicine, however, only 303 young people remained who today begin 5 weeks of course in the evening at the facilities of the Federal High School Ignacio Manuel Altamirano and following that the classes began formally.
However, due to the high demand in this university, from June 10 to 30 a new call will be opened for those who might not enter since many of them are still in high school.
The person in charge of the Well-being Universities in Chiapas, Pedro Luna Hernández, stressed that anyone who sponsors a foreign university student during their stay, the Federal Government will support with a housing expansion program.
