The streets of the northern part of the Anzoátegui state will witness the passion for baseball and cycling, with the Caribes Bike Fest, in which more than 400 people will participate on Sunday, September 29.
Roberto Golding, Marketing Manager of the Novena Anzoatiguense, expressed that “this initiative seeks to unite two passions and our expectations have been exceeded, since the receptivity around this activity has been more than satisfactory. We are ready for each attendee to enjoy this enjoyable event.”
According to Eduardo Medina, a member of the press department of La Tribu Oriental, the route will consist of 44 kilometers (km). The bicycle tour will leave from the Simón Bolívar municipality and will conclude in Sotillo, passing through Urbaneja and Guanta.
Important points
The event will start at the extension of Costanera Avenue at 7:30 am and the arrival point will be the Alfonso “Chico” Carrasquel stadium in Puerto La Cruz.
In addition to being part of the route, participants will be able to enjoy a 10% discount on the purchase of season tickets, raffles for official Caribes merchandise, a raffle for jerseys alluding to the event, signing autographs by the players, among other gifts.
At “Chico” Carrasquel you can enjoy live music by local DJs and the Sky group, as well as stands selling food and drinks.
“We have decided to extend registration for the event due to the number of people who have joined in recent days, it will continue to be carried out through the website www.movilcycle.com,” said Golding.
At the Movilcycle store located on Carrera 8, in the central part of Lechería, bracelets are delivered to citizens who wish to participate in this event.
