Robert Miller Case: Exposing 12-Year-Old Victim’s Allegations

A few hours before the resumption of hearings in the file for collective action once morest Quebec billionaire Robert Miller, TVA Nouvelles learned that he would have caused a 12-year-old victim, according to new court documents which will be the subject discussions Thursday at the Montreal courthouse.

In her affidavit, the alleged victim, whose identity is not revealed, claims to have met Mr. Miller in 1994, when she was 12 years old, during her first year of high school.

She then lived in Brossard with her disabled father.

They had little money and the girl wanted to work, but she was too young.

“One day, I found an ad in the modeling newspaper,” the victim said in her statement. I called the number, and a man named Raymond Poulet answered me, and gave me an appointment in Montreal.”

“When I arrived, he explained to me that it was indeed for modeling, but that I also had to have sex with a man called Bob who was going to help me with my career », she adds.

A day or two later, she said she had that first date with Bob.

“When I arrived, he gave me envelopes that contained money […] He gave me something to drink, a cocktail with juice and alcohol, we read in the court document. He told me he wanted me to be relaxed, so it wouldn’t hurt, and so I would feel good.”

“He asked me to take a bath […] Then we went to the bedroom […] We had unprotected sex,” we add.

The alleged victim claims to have received $500.

During a third meeting, she claims to have told Bob that she was 12 years old.

According to him, the sexual relations took place until the age of 15 or 16.

She says she was arrested in 1997 by the police at her school for solicitation, in connection with the girls she was supposed to introduce to Bob.

She had no criminal record.

The experience destroyed her life, she says.

Drug and alcohol use were part of his life.

She talks regarding the feeling of rejection, of abandonment, when he put an end to the meetings.

She says she was part of street gangs at 18 and had a job as a sex worker.
