Robert De Niro’s criticism of a priceless menu prepared by an Argentine chef

For more than three hours, Robert De Niro enjoyed the “Priceless Menu” in the royal suite of the Mandarin Oriental Ritz in Madrid.

At dessert time, a dish called “Naranjo en flor” and the “Lactic Dessert”, made with dulce de leche with sheep’s milk ice cream, sheep’s curd foam, sheep’s yogurt and cloud by Joan Roca .

“This is not a meal. This is an incredible thing that I would recommend to anyone who had the chance to experience it.”“, Said the actor at the end of the meal.

Mauro Colagreco is an Argentine chef who won three Michelin stars for his work at his Mediterranean restaurant, called Mirasur, in Menton, France. In Argentina he has several restaurants named “Carne”, located in Buenos Aires, La Plata, Olivos and Mendoza.
