Rob Schneider Launches ‘All Ladies Talk Show’ to Rival ‘The View’

Comedian and filmmaker Rob Schneider is set to shake up daytime television with his upcoming all-female talk show, directly targeting ABC’s long-running hit “The View”. Schneider made the announcement while promoting his new book, *You Can Do It*, on Fox News with host Trace Gallagher. While he promised an entertaining show featuring funny women telling jokes and sharing stories, he didn’t shy away from highlighting the show’s intention to diverge significantly from its established competitor.

A Genre Shake-Up?

“No Apologies Media, we’re going to do an all ladies talk show and that won’t be like “The View’,” Schneider declared with a laugh. Gallagher, curious about the show’s direction, posed the question, “Is it the opposite of *The View*?”

Schneider responded, “It could be, but we’re just going to do a show — it will be the opposite because it will be entertaining! It’ll be funny, we’re going to have funny women on it that will tell jokes and have funny stories — and health and wellness,” while hinting at household names signing on to the project. He further confirmed production would commence in January,

preceding the inauguration of President-elect Donald Trump.

“The View” vs. Schnieder’s Vision

Schneider expressed a clear desire for a different ambiance and tone compared to *The View*, stating, *”It’s going to be a funny show, not like drowning people and politics, it’s not going to be shaming people, and making people wince).*

” The comedian went so far as to describe *The View* as *“interesting as a Hunter Biden painting made of his own feces.” *”People are sick of it,”* he continued, arguing people seek lighthearted entertainment rather than political discourse.

With a clear target audience in mind, Schneider pledged: *”We’re going to have an entertaining show for entertaining all over America. We’re not just trying to bring people who are angry and bitter and reinforcing their political echo chamber”*”

Schneider, who had endorsed Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for president only to later say he would be voting for Trump following Kennedy’s endorsement of the Republican candidate, aims to draw viewers seeking a light-hearted escape from the often heated political climate.
