Riyadh: The final of the Riyadh KMCC Zone level football tournament, which is full of valor and swagger, will take place tomorrow (Friday 11th) at 7pm at the Qaboos Floodlit Stadium in Bagluf. The in-form Chelakkara and Nilambur mandal teams will clash in the final match for the ABC Cargo Trophy.
Chelakkara qualified for the finals by defeating Shornoor by 4 one-sided goals in the semi-final match. Nilambur entered the final by defeating the mighty Thirurangadi by four goals to two in the penalty shootout.
Salman Kuttikode, who is a regular presence at the Sevens grounds in Malabar, will be the chief guest at the closing event. In addition, art forms such as tug-of-war competition, music night, kolkali and Shingari Melam, where 20 artists are lined up, will also be staged.
