El Millonario crushed Xeneize, on the seventh date of the contest, on the property that Núñez’s team has in Ezeiza.
River and Boca faced each other at the River Camp, for the Reserve Superclásico corresponding to the seventh date of the Projection Cup. The duel had the extra seasoning of the participation of several of the youth players who have been playing minutes in the First Division. With goals from Agustín Ruberto – in duplicate -, Enzo Aguirre and Franco Mastantuono, the Millonario beat Xeneize 4-1 (Santiago Dalmasso for the visit).
In a first half that started evenly for 20 minutes, Boca managed to take the lead with a goal, a header, from Santiago Dalmasso after Julián Ceballos’ great center. However, those led by Mariano Herrón could not maintain the advantage and River responded at the end of the first half.
First, Agustín Ruberto appeared in the small area and pushed it without a goalkeeper to tie the Superclásico. Then, after a good cross from Ian Subiabre, right back Enzo Aguirre appeared and put Millonario ahead. Once again Ruberto, after a good filtered pass from Santiago Lencina, sealed the 3-1 River Plate lead in the first half.
Already in the second 45 minutes, the Super continued with the same trend and, from a penalty, Franco Mastantuono scored the 4-1 so that River beat Boca in Ezeiza, in his debut in the Reserve. It was beaten by those led by Marcelo Escudero.
