According to him, the remaining time of approximately one month until the handover of the position of President of the Republic of Indonesia on October 20 is considered insufficient for the replacement of Risma or Pramono.
“It’s useless to replace it with a new one, just leave it empty, but the acting officer is there because the minister’s position is not too technical, because it is policy-based,” he said.
Therefore, he said that the position of Minister of Social Affairs would be better taken over by the Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture Muhadjir Effendy, while the Presidential Chief of Staff Moeldoko would take over the duties of Cabinet Secretary.
“So, yes, I’m not sure about the presence of new people because it’s not that important. Even if there are, it’s more of a return of favor in my opinion,” he said.
