Young Rébecca seems to have fallen into music when she was little. This 13-year-old from Cannes discovered the violin when she was 4 years old and has never stopped since. A teenager with the voice of an angel, she can be listened to this Wednesday, September 20 at 10:50 p.m. on the music.box show on France 3 Paca.

She is from Cannes, passionate regarding music and talented, Rebecca Sayaque deserves its success. She has been doing shows, concerts and even video clips for years.

I always sang in the shower or in front of my parents’ guests, but I never thought I might make a career out of it!

Born into a family of musicians, she began playing the violin at the age of just 4 ans thanks to the Suzuki method which consists of teaching children to play an instrument from the age of 3.

10 years later, she still practices this instrument at the Cannes Conservatory.

In a few years, the young girl has multiplied meetings, experiences and concerts without ever really taking a break.

I always wonder what I’m doing here. At first, I just sang for fun.

From singing lessons to rehearsals, Rébecca is finally noticed by a vocal coach who decides to present her to a national casting. It was at this precise moment that the little girl who sang in her shower joined the big Parisian stages including the Plaine Saint-Denis television set “The Voice Kids” in 2020.

On 8,300 children on the starting line, Rébecca wins first place in this famous show with the song “Tant qu’on s’aime”.

Since his victory, the proposals have been pouring in. Among the most notable, that of Bastards in 2021. A first for her obviously, but also for this magnificent line-up of artists singing for a good cause and who then decided to include for the first time a teenage girl in their gang.

At 13 years old, Rébecca still can’t believe she was able to take part in such an adventure.

I sang with the greatest! I know I was very lucky and it was an experience I will never forget.

Then there was the performance of Global Gifthosted by “Desperate Housewives” actress Eva Longoria.

This gala allows the actress to raise funds for education and to help the most deprived.

Since the start of this adventure, Rébecca has been supported by her parents. They allow this young girl to keep a cool head and her feet on the ground, which is not always easy in the busy world of entertainment.

We don’t want Rébecca to fit the mold, she has to keep her personality.

Hervé Sayaque, Rébécca’s dad.

This trained pianist and seasoned musician takes care of most of his rehearsals himself. “And believe me, it’s not easy for her because I’m such a perfectionist.” he confides to France 3 Côte d’Azur.

To protect her from the “star system” he himself organizes charity concerts, the last two of which took place in Cannes last May.

Our family owned a conservatory in the Oise, long before Rébecca was born. This allowed me to know the world of music well and to be able to advise and support my daughter by finding good musicians for her.

On November 23, Rébecca will perform on the legendary stage of theAlhambra in Paris for the association “Polymuscles including Luis Fernandez, former player of the French football team, coach of Cannes and Paris.

I am very happy to put my voice at the service of good causes. But I’m also very excited because I’m going to sing on the same stage to Lady Gaga!

She will perform her song “Tant qu’on s’aime” in English, French and Spanish “in order to reach everyone,” she adds.

2 titles, 2 clips including “Gravite”. The results are rather positive for this young girl who admits to having already suffered from her start to fame.

When I won the talent show, many of my friends turned away from me. So, I learned to sort things out around me.

With such a mature speech, it is very likely that Rébecca will succeed in continuing her career with perhaps an album?
