1) Make resolutions before going to bed

The secret is to consciously decide each night that you want to create a positive forecast for the next morning. Already establish in your brain that the next morning will be the first day of a new life.

2) Place the alarm clock on the other side of the bedroom

If you haven’t already, place it as far away from the bed as possible. It forces you to get out of bed and get your body moving.

Movement creates energy. This gesture helps you wake up naturally. If you have the alarm clock on the bedside table, you’re still partially asleep when you turn it off. It is then much more difficult to wake up.

3) Brush your teeth

From the first minutes following opening your eyes, activate yourself and practice activities that do not require thinking. This key moment will give your body time to wake up.

4) Drink a large glass of water

Hydrate as soon as you wake up in the morning. After six to eight hours without water, it is normal to be slightly dehydrated, and dehydration causes fatigue.

Sometimes when people feel tired at any time of the day, what they really need is to drink water and not sleep.

5) Exercise

Exercising in the morning is crucial to maximizing your potential. This puts you at the peak of your mental, physical and emotional state for the entire day.
