The marital discord between Aldi Bragi finally complies with Ririn Dwi Ariyanti's wish to leave the house”>Ririn Dwi Ariyanti and Aldi Bragi has concluded. Their separation was finalized on December 30, 2021.
The court mandated Aldi Bragi to provide financial support to Ririn Dwi Ariyanti, a legal obligation.
Details of the financial settlement were disclosed only after an official announcement from the South Jakarta Religious Court.
This information was confirmed by Hj Taslimah, the spokesperson for the South Jakarta Religious Court.
“The court ordered the petitioner (Aldi Bragi) to provide for the respondent (Ririn Dwi Ariyanti) during her iddah period, amounting to Rp. 30 million. Additionally, a mut’ah payment of Rp. 20 million was awarded,” Taslimah stated.
Aldi Bragi’s willingness to comply with the financial provisions was confirmed by Ririn’s legal representative.
“The panel of judges acknowledged the respondent’s entitlements as the wife. The iddah and mut’ah payments were deemed necessary and granted,” explained Ririn’s lawyer, Riri Purbasari, after the proceedings at the South Jakarta Religious Court.
The court found no evidence supporting allegations of infidelity on Ririn Dwi Ariyanti’s part. Prior reports suggested a close relationship with her co-star, Jonathan Frizzy, who was also going through a divorce.
However, the divorce proceedings established Ririn Dwi Ariyanti’s faithfulness to her spouse.
“The court found no proof of an affair. Ririn remained loyal and dedicated to her husband,” Riri Purbasari affirmed.
Ririn Dwi Ariyanti’s legal counsel elucidated the reasons behind the divorce. Ongoing disagreements were cited as the primary cause of the marital breakdown.
Consequently, Ririn reportedly lost all hope of reconciliation.
“Persistent conflicts and arguments led to an irretrievable breakdown of the marriage,” Riri Purbasari explained.
