‘Damnal Delivery’ is a service that is applied to customers who purchase products from Rikme’s direct sales stores (Rike Me Living, Rick Me Electronics, Coupang). Customers in the metropolitan area who placed an order by 2:30 pm on the same day and want to receive the TV can receive the TV until the evening of the next day. This applies only to direct delivery and installation, excluding courier delivery.
It is said that the reason Rikme opened ‘Damnal Delivery’ in earnest this time was that their customer center urgently needed a TV, and there were many inquiries regarding whether they might receive it tomorrow following completing the order. Rikme is good at rocket delivery through this feedback, but it wants to support fast delivery on its own, so it opened the ‘Damnal Delivery’ service in earnest.
