Potsdam – The Austrian right-wing extremist Martin Sellner is taking legal action against a nationwide entry ban imposed on him by the city of Potsdam. As a spokesman for the Potsdam Administrative Court said on Tuesday, the court has received a corresponding urgent application from Sellner. This is therefore directed against an order from the Brandenburg state capital, with which it declared the loss of the right to freedom of movement applicable in the EU.
