The family, who were out at the time, fortunately escaped serious trouble, and the motorcyclist, who was wearing a helmet and protective gear, was not hurt.

Daegwallyeong Old Road, the so-called holy place for riding, is a downhill road with 15 km of sharp curves, attracting motorcycles and sports cars.

The Land Management Agency and the Gangneung Police Station announced that they would install guardrails around the village within this year and introduce unmanned enforcement equipment at the rear.
