Preparation
Cut the vanilla bean in half lengthwise and remove the seeds from the inside by scraping with the edge of the knife. Peel the citrus and remove the white part, leaving only the colored skin. Place the milk, sugar, salt and the 4 perfumes on the fire.
Once it boils, add the rice, lower the heat and gently stir until the milk reduces and the rice has cooked through. Let cool and consume at ease. Fish orange, lemon, vanilla and cinnamon peels because, I clarify, they are not eaten. Or have each diner take them out and that’s it.
