Square Enix will release Theater Rhythm Action “Theatrhythm Final Barline” for PlayStation 4/Nintendo Switch on February 16th. The price is 6,380 yen for the regular version and 9,680 yen for the “Digital Deluxe Edition”. The “Digital Deluxe Edition” comes with “27 special songs set” and “Season Pass 1” in addition to the main game.
In addition, the “Premium Digital Deluxe Edition”, which adds “Season Pass 2” and “Season Pass 3” to the contents of the “Digital Deluxe Edition”, will also be released. The price is 11,880 yen.
This work is the latest work of the rhythm game “Theatrhythm” series that you can play with the music of “Final Fantasy”. Released as the 35th anniversary title of the “FINAL FANTASY” series. The number of recorded songs is 385, which is the most in history. 167 songs have been added to the 218 songs recorded in “Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call” released on Nintendo 3DS in 2014. In addition to the new songs, songs distributed as additional content for “Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call” and songs that can only be played in the arcade version “Theatrhythm Final Fantasy All-Star Carnival” are also included.

In addition to the “Standard Style” that you can play with standard operations, you can also play with “Simple Style” that you can play with only one button, and “Pair Style” that you can play with two people on one screen.
3 types of music stages
There are three types of stages: BMS (Battle Music Stage), FMS (Field Music Stage), and EMS (Event Music Stage), and you can play on any stage that matches the genre of the song.
BMS (Battle Music Stage)
Music stage where you defeat the enemies that appear one after another according to the up-tempo battle music.
FMS (Field Music Stage)
Go forward through the field to a relaxing song.
EMS (Event Music Stage)
A music stage where you play while the movie of the famous scene of each work flows in the background.
New Mode “Series Quest”
The newly added mode “Series Quest” allows you to select your favorite title from the successive “FINAL FANTASY” series and adventure in a memorable work. There is a map in each series, clear the music stage and proceed. The songs you clear will be added to “Music Select” and you can play them at any time.
online multi battle
In this work, you can also play online with up to 4 people, aiming for victory by avoiding the obstacles of your opponent. If you input at the right time and fill up the burst gauge, you can activate a “burst technique” that can interfere with other players. There are various burst techniques, such as “Moogle Dance” where a moogle appears and hides the trigger, and “Fat Chocobo Time” where a fat chocobo appears on the lane.
In addition to being able to freely match with players from all over the country, you can also set a password to play with your friends and enjoy a heated online battle.
