“This autumn, the Motorsport Festival brings together racing at its finest. The unique motorsport event enables an unprecedented organizing alliance between the Salzburgring, BG Sportpromotion and Histo Cup Austria“, says the Salzburgring managing director Ernst Penninger. And he explains the reasons:
“We combine modern and historic motorsports and thus create a win-win situation for everyone involved. For us as a race track and the race organizers, it is easier to handle and the fans get concentrated motorsport action in just one weekend for a fair price. We are of course particularly pleased that Austrian motorsport athletes are also taking part, such as racing driver Jorden Dolischka or Formula 4 leader Oscar Wurz.”

“With the FIA-certified F4 CEZ, the TCR Eastern Europe, the Croatian Touring Car Championship and the Pfister Racing Touring Car Challenge, we have succeeded in attracting international racing series to the Nesselgraben. We are thus offering spectators a varied program for three days.”
