The candidate for the primaries for the United for Dignity movement, Tamara Adrianaffirmed that one of his proposals is to promote medical technology so that Venezuela is a “leader in treatments” with the aim of transforming the public health system in the country.

“We have to heal our health system, guarantee universal care, so that each Venezuelan has access to quality medical care, without exception, with equipped hospitals, trained medical personnel and medicines available. It will be a reality and not an aspiration!” said the candidate, according to a press release.

The lawyer commented that the innovation of technology in health services is necessary for what she aspires to, to win the presidential elections, encourage investment in biotechnology.

“Our Government will promote investment in medical technology and scientific research so that Venezuela is a leader in advanced treatments and procedures. Our healthcare professionals will have the necessary tools to provide cutting-edge care,” she said.
