It’s back to school, and that of Apple! On the stage of the Steve Jobs Theater, at Cupertino HQ, Tim Cook will unveil the apple firm’s fall-winter collection. On the menu: four new iPhone 14s, a revamped Apple Watch Pro and, no doubt, an update to the Air Pods Pro headphones.
On the smartphone side, Apple should focus on larger sizes. No Mini, so, but an iPhone 14 available in 6.1 and 6.7 inch versions. Small hands will regret it, but that means it will be possible to have a big screen without paying for the iPhone 14 Pro Max. The iPhone 14 should take over the design of its predecessor while the Pro version should benefit from a screen with the famous “notch” (notch), replaced by two “punch holes” as on Android. With inflation, the price is likely to hurt the portfolio, with an increase of a hundred euros expected.
The Apple Watch should offer a new design in a Pro version (in addition to the Series 8) to better compete with Garmin in high-end sports. The AirPods Pro 2 should be launched, but the virtual reality headset that Apple is working on is probably not ready.
