Don’t hesitate to call on seasonal fruits to make your smoothies. Strawberries, raspberries, peaches, nectarines… They can all serve as the basis for your favorite drinks and desserts.
But if all health professionals agree that fruits and vegetables are essential to our diet, beware all the same.
Because these seemingly good students hide, for some, their game well… Depending on their origin, the vegetables and fruits that we buy are full of pesticides. However, this is not what we try to swallow to stay healthy.

These vegetables you should be wary of
Green beans and legumes can indeed potentially land you in the emergency room. Just that ! Because raw or undercooked, these vegetables can release a toxin known as “phasin” which acts on red blood cells by clumping them together.
This leads to inflammation of the intestinal mucosa. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and bleeding in the gastrointestinal area are just the symptoms of this evil caused by the incriminated vegetables.
But that’s not all. Because eggplants, tomatoes and potatoes are also vegetables that are far from wanting your well-being.
Consumed before their maturity, these foods can cause gastrointestinal disorders. But also nausea, vomiting, fever or respiratory distress! So it’s up to you to think twice before picking your tomatoes in your vegetable garden!
Finally, stop also with crucifers on your plates! Beets, spinach, parsley, cabbage, radishes, turnips, and certain salads such as arugula, are able to cause a deficiency of thyroid hormones!
