The patient is healthy, no fever, no cough, no loss of appetite, no weight loss, no hemoptysis. No night sweats Never had tuberculosis No family history of tuberculosis, no drinking, no smoking, no congenital disease. Normal physical examination Normal blood test

Computerized the lungs and found a lump measuring 1.8 × 3 × 1.5 centimeters. A small cavity was seen. It’s in this lump (see picture). I took a needle to pierce this lump. The tissue was sent for pathological examination. Granulomatous inflammation was found. No cancer was found. Staining did not reveal tuberculosis. and fungi in the meat TB genetic code was not detected. and the tuberculosis culture did not grow.

Diagnosis: Most likely pulmonary tuberculosis. 4 doses of tuberculosis medicine were started: isoniazid, rifampicin, and pyrazinamide. (Pyrazinamide) and Ethambutol (Ethambutol) from 13 June 2023

On August 14, 2023, the medication was reduced to 2 doses, isoniazid and rifampicin. The patient was fine, not allergic to tuberculosis medication, able to eat food, not coughing. Lung x-ray on November 25, the lump in the lung disappeared (see picture ) will continue taking tuberculosis medicine until 6 months have passed and then stop all medicines.

This patient had early-stage pulmonary tuberculosis, asymptomatic, detected by lung x-ray. X-rays are difficult to distinguish from lung cancer. Treat quickly, heal quickly.
