The first representative of the restyled range was an electric car a month and a half ago BMW i3, but it has its own stylistic features. Now the first photos of the traditional “three-ruble note” with an internal combustion engine have appeared. They were published by the Chinese certification body, and it must be taken into account that the pictures show sedans with an M-body kit, although in many countries (including China and Russia) it has already actually entered the standard equipment of the third series: cars with basic bumpers are not to be found today with fire .
So, the “treshka” has found new bumpers with vertical “fangs” at the edges. At the front, they replaced large black inserts, and at the back they integrated reflectors, which previously had a horizontal arrangement. The “nostrils” have been changed – they have become a little wider and have acquired a faceted shape, although things did not come to a radical increase on the model of the fourth series. New headlights – without jumpers at the bottom and with inverted brackets for running lights: they are no longer L-shaped, but L-shaped.
However, the biggest changes are expected in the cabin, photos of which are not yet available. According to preliminary information, following the BMW i3 electric sedan, the entire third series will acquire a new front panel with two combined screens without visors. Without a doubt, there will be technical updates. But we will find out regarding this following the official premiere of the updated “three rubles”. It will take place in the coming months.
