The recording, without a doubt, generated all kinds of comments, where the vast majority was regarding the productivity of people in their jobs.
According to Human Resources specialists, productive people have something special that differentiates them from unproductive or scattered people, who continuously spend their working day doing nothing. That is why data from Edenred highlights that 86 percent of companies already have incentive or recognition systems for their employees for their productivity.
But many times the employees who are not productive, are not because they do not feel good in their company, as reflected in the last Gallup studywho reported that only 36 percent are engaged, 51 percent of employees are disengaged from work, and 14 percent are actively disengaged.
This study mentioned that disengaged employees perform their work without full commitment and are not emotionally connected to their work. These workers tend to quit their current job at the first opportunity.
