Dubai > The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced that it has awarded a Dh689 million contract for the upgrade of Hessa Street in Dubai. The plan is to increase the number of lanes from two to four. Construction of 13.5 km cycling track is also a part of the project. Hessa Street is the main road that connects the three main highways of Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road.
