The developers of Dota 2 have added an updated armory interface to the game, which combines the store and inventory of cosmetic items. In addition to visual changes, this section has new features.
The entire arsenal is now divided into six tabs, on each of which the user can access both the items he has and options from the Dota 2 store or the Steam Market. A preview of character skins is also available here, where you can evaluate all the existing things for each character.
Among the innovations, Valve also noted several special features. Now, when selecting a specific item for a hero, the rest of its model is shaded so that the item itself can be better seen. In sections with things the player has, duplicates are added to one slot, but this option can be turned off. Similarly, the user can enable sorting by item value in the Steam Market.
The summer update for Dota 2 was released on the night of August 31st. It also brings a reworked integrity mechanic, an improved map rendering system, and the Collector’s Cache 2023 to the game.
