“The wolf came out behind my back, less than ten meters away. I was very scared, I screamed but she didn’t run away. She looked at me and that look she gave me shocked me, turned me around. Dominique Praz, like all the other people who have met the gaze of the wolf, is at a loss for words. “I don’t know how to explain, it’s mysterious. It’s a very engaging conversation.” The wolf ended up leaving quietly. Dominique Praz, alias Chamoiselle on social networks, takes animal photography in Valais in her spare time. She has encountered the wolf nine times in the past two years, sometimes in broad daylight.
