After the damning report of the Court of Auditors which pinned the Cnav, the National Old Age Insurance Fund for errors to the detriment of retirees, the organization took the bull by the horns.
In effect, one file out of seven request for retirement included anomalies in the calculation of pensions, which would represent 70 million euros less for retirees.
To rectify the situation, the Cnav has therefore developed a new tool which will allow each beneficiary to benefit control their rightsmodify and complete your file. And so to touch his pension in a complete way.
A tool for regularization procedures
This tool called “Complete my career” will be implemented gradually from first quarter 2023. It will be available online.
The device will therefore allow the insured to rectify the errors in his file, most of which are noted in relation to the data collected on his career. He will thus be able to add a document directly and follow the evolution of the regularization.
And thus touch the pension which falls to him, very often penalized by frequent errors.
A progressive opening
The system will initially be available to some policyholders before being fully rolled out. The tool will allow collect missing databut the teams behind that process them must be quantified for this service to be effective and functioning.
