Resumption of military operation after Kiev’s refusal to participate in negotiations

Russia announced on Saturday the resumption of its military operations in Ukraine following Kiev’s refusal to take part in negotiations.

Following the Ukrainian side’s refusal to negotiate, all units were ordered to expand the operation in all directions, Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said in a statement.

Russian President Vladimir Putin announced Thursday at dawn a special “military operation” in Donbass in southeastern Ukraine.
