**Juan Pérez:**⁢ Thank you for having me. The water ‌shortages we’ve been experiencing are primarily due to a combination of infrastructure issues and intermittent electricity⁣ supplies which affect our pumping stations. For instance, some of our ⁢key sources like ⁣Cuatro Camino have had equipment failures and power outages,‌ leading to a halt in water distribution.

**Interviewer:** That sounds concerning. We’ve heard that some sources, like Rocío and Makarenko,⁢ have recently restored their ⁣pumping services. Can you‍ tell us what steps you’re taking to ⁢improve the situation?

**Juan Pérez:** Yes, we’re actively working to‍ restore service at all our supply points. **Juan Pérez:** Areas like Guanabacoa, Habana del Este, and Cotorro have ‌been ⁤severely affected. Many customers in‌ these regions have gone without⁢ water for extended periods. We are prioritizing these areas for repairs ⁣and supply restoration.

**Interviewer:** What can residents do in the⁣ meantime ⁢while waiting⁤ for services to resume?

**Juan ⁣Pérez:** We advise residents to collect rainwater when possible ‌and use it⁣ conservatively. We also encourage them to stay ⁤informed ⁤through ⁢our announcements, as we’ll provide updates on service ⁤restoration times. ⁢
