“It is not too late for Ukraine to win the war against Russia, provided the West keeps its promises to supply it with more weapons,” NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg said.

“China says it wants to maintain good relations with the West. At the same time, Beijing continues to fuel Europe’s largest armed conflict since World War II,” he said.
“They can’t have both the butter and the money for the butter,” pointed out Stoltenberg, who was awarded the Eric Warburg Prize in Berlin, which honors figures who have worked particularly for transatlantic relations.
