Concerned about the future of a wooded area destined to be razed to make way for a new residential district, around sixty people took part on Wednesday evening in a citizen meeting initiated by the municipal councilor for the district of Saint-Louis-de-France, Genevieve Auclair. If local citizens want the City to acquire this place known as the “boisé Masse”, others would rather the promoters of the future district keep large wooded areas.
