PC specs are becoming more and more important to gamers these days. Games like Forden and Hogwarts Legacy require you to have a beastly rig, even at 1080p and 60fps, and many people are immediately concerned when they see the new system requirements drop for modern games .
However, Resident Evil 4 Remake doesn’t seem to require powerful gear at all to function.In its on the Steam page, it recently revealed that to run at least the game, you’ll need an AMD Ryzen 3 1200 or Intel Core i5-7500 CPU, 8GB of RAM, and an AMD Radeon RX 560 or Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti. Even these minimum specs should get you around 1080fps at 45p gameplay.
For full 1080p 60fps performance you’re going to need some more powerful parts, but once more we didn’t see the most powerful element needed. For your CPU, Resident Evil 4 Remake requires an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 or Intel Core i7 8700, 16GB of RAM, and a GTX 1070 or Radeon RX 5700.
Those specs are surprisingly light compared to some of the other games we’ve seen in 2023. We didn’t get word on how much storage space you’ll need to get the game on PC, but other than that, everything looks pretty welcome, especially for those who haven’t sold their kidneys yet to upgrade to the 4090.
