Rescued 2 women after 122 hours trapped in rubble

According to Vice President Turkey Fuat Oktay, 31,000 employees Rescue is racing once morest time, searching and rescuing survivors of the earthquake that occurred on 6/2.

To date, the earthquake has killed more than 24,150 people and displaced 1.05 million people in Turkey and Syria. Currently 80,000 people are being treated in hospitals.

Many countries continue to send rescue teams and relief to the affected area. Last night, 32 Cuban doctors set off for Turkey. Earlier, the Syrian government said that 27 Cuban doctors and nurses would go to Syria. Cuba began sending medical personnel to disaster and epidemic sites around the world in 1959.

Cuban doctors, Juan Carlos Dupuy, said: “Cuban doctors humbly participate in important international aid, contributing their knowledge and experience. The Cuban medical team will help restore the mental and physical health of the affected population.”
