The requirements set out in the call from the Secretariat of National Defense (Sedena) are a minimum age of 18 years as of September 1 of the year in which they participate, the maximum age in the case of national civilian personnel of 22 years, 11 months. and 30 days, in the case of army personnel and assigned to the National Guard 23 years, 11 months and 30 days, and foreigners 22 years, 11 months and 30 days.

Have a minimum height of 1.56 meters in the case of women and 1.63 meters in the case of men and have a body mass index of at least 18 kilograms per square meter and a maximum of 25 in the case of national civilians, of 27.99 in the case of national civilians. in the case of military personnel and assigned to GN and 25 in the case of foreigners.

Everyone must have a certificate and proof of general high school level or its equivalent with official recognition and a minimum average of 7.0.

The military surgeon training course lasts six years, of which four are as a cadet and two years as a second lieutenant medical intern. The four years of cadetship are completed as an intern from Monday to Saturday with a rest at the end of the year. week, everyone must show up on Sunday followingnoons.

The major surgeon explained that a day at school starts at 5:00 in the morning to prepare and honor the flag and roll call at 6:00 in the morning, classes are from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. :00 hours, with lunch and dinner times, then they show up for another roll call and the other hours they have to do the activities they need on campus.
