In order to support non-public schools to organize educational activities in accordance with regulations following being licensed for educational activities, the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City requests investors and principals of the above units to strictly follow and full content.
For foreign-invested preschools/high schools, After 2 years from the effective date of the decision on approval for establishment, if the school is not allowed to conduct educational activities, the decision on approval for establishment shall expire.
