Request for physical remand, court sends Rauf Hassan to jail on judicial remand – Pakistan

The Islamabad Anti-Terrorism Court rejected CTD’s plea for 7-day physical remand in the explosives recovery case and sent PTI spokesperson Rauf Hasan to judicial remand jail.

Spokesman PTI Rauf Hasan was produced before the Anti-Terrorism Court. Rauf Hasan was produced before the court on completion of one-day physical remand. A case of recovery of explosives has been filed against Rauf Hasan in police station CTD. A terrorism case was registered against PTI spokesperson Rauf Hasan in police station CTD.

CTD requested the court to remand Rauf Hasan for 7 days. The case was heard by Judge Tahir Abbas Supra of the Anti-Terrorism Court.

Judge Tahir Abbas supra remarked that the copy of the remand application which was given in the previous hearing was taken out, some changes would have been made. The judge inquired whether the matter has stopped till TTP or has it moved forward?

Lawyer Ali Bukhari said that I would like to talk about the order of the previous hearing, if the details of the accounts were to be known, they could be checked online.
