Similarly, Israeli dairy and egg prices were the second most expensive among the 38 OECD countries, at 64% more expensive than the average, second only to South Korea.

As for meat, Israel comes in fourth place among the countries with the most expensive prices, i.e. it is preceded by 3 countries with higher prices, but at the same time, the Israeli citizen pays for meat, on average, 64% more than citizens in all developed countries.

As for the prices of fruits and vegetables, the list shows that Israel comes in seventh place in terms of prices, as the Israeli consumer pays an average of 25% more than the rest of the citizens of other countries for fruits and vegetables.

The price of olive oil is also high compared to countries around the world, as its price is ranked fifth, and the citizen in Israel pays, on average, 36% more than others to buy olive oil.

The only area that appears on the list in which Israelis have an advantage over others is in terms of price, which is the area of ​​communications and cellular communication services, as the price in Israel is 30% lower on average than prices in Western countries.
