Subsequently, the young man started the car and then got out of the unit, removed it, stomped on it, threw it away and fled.
In accordance with the Mobility, Transport and Road Safety Regulations, the offender was fined with folio 5559037, when immobilized, for which he must cover a maximum amount of 1,385 pesos.
In addition, the driver must also pay a fine of eight thousand 087 pesos, without discount, for incurring in actions stipulated in section XI of Article 165 of the Mobility, Transportation and Road Safety Regulations of Guadalajara.
With regard to damage to the device, a complaint will be filed with the State Prosecutor’s Office.
