When I came to Yamaguchi as a player in 2009, it was my “dream” to compete in the J.League. I still can’t forget the joy and excitement I felt when I was promoted from JFL to J2 every year. Director Nazuka has been appointed as the top team coach of Renofa Yamaguchi FC since the 2018 season, and has been leading Renofa as a manager from the middle of 2021. Last 2022 season, we were thrilled at many Ishin Theaters, and we got more than 50 points for the first time in 4 seasons, and it made Renofa take root in the spirit of fighting. The manager has a wonderful sense of unity with the players, but this decision was made due to the circumstances of this season’s results and lack of goals.
Masayasu Ishihara, General Manager, joined as a player in 2009 during the regional league era, remained in Yamaguchi after retirement, and contributed in various fields for Renofa Yamaguchi FC to grow into a J club. rice field.
