Media event for the working visit of Swiss Federal Councilor Elisabeth Baume-Schneider to Interior Minister Gerhard Karner on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, 9:30 a.m., at Hotel Schloss Dürnstein
Vienna (OTS) – Minister of the Interior Gerhard Karner and the Swiss Federal Councilor for Justice and Police, Elisabeth Baume-Schneider, are meeting for a working discussion on the topics of the EU’s asylum and migration pact, the migration situation in Europe and bilateral police cooperation. After the work meeting in Hotel Schloss Dürnstein, there will be a press statement from both ministers at 9:30 a.m. There will then be an opportunity to accompany the two ministers on a walk through the city and take pictures.
