New York ∙ Varghese, who was active in the social community, settled in New Hyde Park. Rajan passed away. He served as the founding Vice President, President and Chairman of Friends of Tiruvalla, the first regional organization in North America. Many charitable activities have been implemented in Thiruvalla under his leadership. He also held the post of president of the New York Malayali Sports Club.
