According to initial investigation results, around 6pm on September 4, 2022, Phung carried a flintlock gun, pre-packed with drugs and lead bullets, and went from his house to the forest in Sub-Area 295, Cu M’Lan commune, to hunting animals, but seeing no animals should return.
