Heralds in full dress will then proceed to the Mansion House, residence of the Mayor of London in the City, for a second proclamation on the London Stock Exchange. The proclamation will also be read publicly in the capitals of the other three constituent nations of the United Kingdom, beyond England – Edinburgh in Scotland, Belfast in Northern Ireland North and Cardiff in Wales.
Then Parliament will take a pledge of allegiance and express its condolences. In the followingnoon, the new king will receive the Prime Minister and the main ministers.
