The Jardins d’Apolline were submerged in an orange wave this Saturday. The Flavien Foundation and its superheroes took over the Lazare-Sauvaigo alley for a day full of emotion.

An event supervised by the president of the association, Denis Maccario, who worked hard to bring this 9th edition of Trott’N’Roll to life. A day dedicated to two-wheelers. A day to forget all the problems of everyday life without ever forgetting those lost on the way.

Because the Foundation is fighting against pediatric cancers and is achieving one of its objectives: a clinical trial that would offer hope to children suffering from brain tumors.

And this day was an opportunity not only to remember this fight but also to give a smile to those who do not always have it. “The most important thing is the smile, the desire to fight”shares Denis Maccario with emotion.

Like every edition, and to make the party beautiful, Denis Maccario (on the right with glasses on his head), had invited many stars. Jack Sparrow, Spider-man, Darth Vader, a famous Jedi… The cosplayers responded to the delight of the children.

To collect donations, the Rebel Rider Monaco club offered children a sidecar ride in the Principality. And some parents took advantage of a third place to make the trip.

As with each edition, a track dedicated to two-wheelers was reserved for children… Well, not only that. Jack Sparrow has sneaked in!

Like every year, many cosplayers came to join the party to brighten up the children’s day. Will you be able to recognize them? Izuku Midoriya from My Hero Academia, Esmeralda and Mickey. Not forgetting Darth Vader, Thor, Jack Sparrow, a Mandalorian and many others!

Superheroes descended from the sky

It was one of Denis Maccario’s well-kept secrets. Firefighters – “superheroes” – as the president of the Flavien Foundation likes to call them, descended from the sky, as a reminder, to pay tribute to the last people close to the Foundation who disappeared.
