The association added that tailbone pain can be met through hot and cold applications, such as a hot pillow, a warm sitz bath, or a cold compressive bandage containing gel, and pain can also be relieved by analgesics.

It is also possible to face the pain through physical therapy, and it is possible to resort to injections with effective substances that have an anesthetic effect, and as a last resort, surgery can be resorted to.

Tailbone pain can be prevented by avoiding sitting for a long time, as it should get up from time to time, taking into account bending slightly forward while sitting, and it is also important to persevere in exercising and motor activities to compensate for long periods of sitting.
