More than ten years following the first opus, Dragon’s Dogma 2 is regarding to land. In the production, we always find Hideaki Itsuno, creator of the license and very recognized for his work on Devil May Cry. Dragon’s Dogma 2 will be released on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series at an unknown date.
Announced through a simple logo by Capcom in the summer of 2022, Dragon’s Dogma 2 will have waited for the Playstation Showcase of May 2023 to definitely show itself. Currently in development, the game does not yet have a release date, but we already know that it will be available on PC, PS5 et Xbox Series.
In the realization, we find Hideaki Itsunoalready behind the first opus, but best known for his incredible work on the Devil May Cry saga, which he inherited during the development of Devil May Cry 2, and which reached the heights with the excellent Devil May Cry 5. But with Dragon’s Dogma, Itsuno tackles a very different genre.
Like its predecessor, released in 2012, Dragon’s Dogma 2 will be a single-player open-world action-rpg game and will take place in the same fantastic universe, which has also been adapted on Netflix as an animated series.
